Burning Smoothwall ISO image to a CDROM

I want to try Smoothwall and I have D/L the iso image file

I have Nero under WIN2000 to make the CDROM

Any ome tell me how - all my attempts have failed so far.

I presume when burning the image file is expanded into normal files onto the
CDROM which is them readable as normal -no?


Anyway - could someone give me a few hints?
