There is plenty of online documentation available that takes you through
these tasks.

However, if you wish to purchase a *real* book made out of *real* paper,
http://www.everythinglinux.com.au/ is a good place to look.

I'd also recommend the Linux PocketBook (from the people who write
Australian Personal Computer magazine). It's a great tool when you're
starting with Linux.
