Hi Glen,
longish and perhaps not needing 9so much comparison material. Let the
reeaders do their own comparisons, sell the virtues, the opposition
will look pale by comparison.
Just a couple of thoughts.
1. It needs to be said that IIS are just [insert small percentage] of
the Web servers throughout the Internet world. Non-Microsft Servers now
manage well over [insert large percentage here] of the Internet. Code
Red will have no effect on any of the non-Microsoft servers.
2. Unlike some incorrect news broadcasts claimed today it will not
infect any personal computers. Code Red only infects Microsoft servers
that have not been updated recently.
I think these are some of the Important points to be published. People
need to know that they are safe and that it is Microsoft's faulty
prgramming that led to this security hole.
