xauth and non-root binding to low ports...

hi all...

any debian people know what package 'xauth' is in? I can't see a way to
find out without installing or downloading all the likely packages...

Also, remember that problem I had with trying to bind to low ports as a
user? Apparently, debian has 'bindauth', which is a package that does
exaclty that... I haven't looked at it yet, but it could be promising...
