I have followed ReiserFS for a while, but I have not commited to it for
some of the reasons you give, and including stability and security issues.
I was going to change to it with kernel 2.4.7. The reason, for home at
least, NVidia lockups, where the PC locks up hard. That should be fixed
soon. :-) A lack of a dump program for ReiserFS is another reason.
XFS (linux) sounds to be more suitable, and more complete than I first
thought.
