it may do, i'm not a big themes person myself, but there's
a few shipped by default with KDE, if not there may be one
available at freethemes.org

another thing i do with a KDE install (i run Manduck 8 at
home) is import a heap of windoze fonts, mainly cause i like
Arial for documents but anyway, it also makes the font 
rendering better, tho Manduck have done a good job with 
that side of it, they have a (GUI) font utility for doing
just that
