Yes this is a problem with the whole UAI/TER system. I could not know a
thing about computers and get into computer science, pass the courses and
still know nothing about how to put a PC together and yada yada.

Alot of people are doing IT related jobs because it pays good money (or
atleast they think) and not because they like the fact that they work with
computers!

This is also telstra's fault (or whoever hires the dumb ass techie)
