They've not clearly defined what they mean when they say "dynamic"
content. Does this mean a Perl script interfacing via DBI to a
400000-line PostgreSQL Database? Maybe it's a PHP Script or Python
Application. Then again, I thought that Tux web server didn't do dynamic
content.

But Microsoft won't admit that they've been inspired by the OpenSource
competition, as everyone knows that it's a backwards and fruitless way
