adaptec SCSI RAID 2100S

Hello,
1. Has anyone had any experience with the the Adaptec RAID controllers on
Linux. I checked that Adaptec had drivers before I ordered it.
There is a driver disk for redhat 6.0 and 6.2 on the cd.
The install with expert works fine but on the reboot, It is unable to find a
RAID controller and hence see the hard disk. We have been using Redhat 6.2
from from APCMAG July 2000. The kernel version is 2.2.14-12 and the
documentation with the RAID controller says it is for 2.2.214-5.0. Could this
be the problem?

2.If you have more than one SCSI controller requiring a driver disk and also a
NIC requiring a driver disk, is there any way to add the other drivers disks
during the install.

regards,
Brian Macintosh
