Perhaps 3Com can offer a re-conditioned unit for less? I recall when I
broke my Palm Pro, I got a re-conditioned unit rather than having it
fixed. Of course, that was when a Palm Pro cost ~$500, so $200 for a
replacement wasn't so bad :-)
