Aha!!
So you're the reason they changed the conditions!!!!

At 10 cents/MByte (please don't waste time flaming me for this
estimate - I know the counterarguments), that would be
$10,000 worth of data download.


I remember in 1973 when I was tapped on the shoulder
by a maths tutor to tell me that I ahd used over
$100 worth of CPU time (about 50 seconds) on the 
Uni computer in the previous 2 weeks.
Shortly after this, they clamped down on "CPU time abusers".
