I'm lazy.  I say: why communicate something twice, if you can do it once
and forever be done with it.  That's why I advocate automated return to
sender of messages that don't conform to standards.  We already do that
if the message doesn't have a registered sender's address; we should add
a requirement that mime formatted messages must have a first section of
text/plain; no text/html or text/multipart.
