Re: ISDN PRI capacity
True, but when considering what it is possible to fit, you also need to look
at what is practial and what effect each module has on the overall
performance of the unit, a 3640 is a 100Mhz R4700 with up to 128Mb of RAM, a
3620 is 80Mhz R4700and 64Mb RAM, while a 5300 Access Server is 150Mhz R4700
with up to 128Mb RAM.
Point is that the 5300 is more powerful than all but the 3660, but only
terminate calls. Putting 120 Modems and pulling a 2Mb data link is possible
with a 3600, but it might not give the best performance, hence my comment
that it would only suit a small, ie 30 modem plus data link.
