some don't have this... Also, who wants to go the reach-around (bad "Full
Metal Jacket" reference) when there's a "power" button on the front... ATX
has always irritated me with the whole soft power-off thing... anyway, I
don't need a solution -- I know a few (turning modem off, bios settings,
unpluggin network, hard poweroff, etc), I was more trying to confirm that
WoL is a likely cause of this behaviour, and making people aware that this
is a possible problem for them...

for the record, my machine has booted itself this morning and yesterday
morning while I was at work...
