Netscape problem

I have Redhat 6 and MSWindows installed on my machine. There is an NT 
proxy/firewall which does not allow Netscape browser to function, only 
Internet Explorer works. The guys in the systems admin are Microsoft chaps 
and cannot help with my problem.

I will be grateful for any help.
