take a look at gnucash.

it's based on GTK, comes as a package for Gnome or Helix code (or ximian or
whatever the hell they call themselves now). Looks reasonable, not as
friendly as MYOB or quickbooks though ... but hopefully in the future it
will expand to be a little more comprehensive.

Does anybody know of any good accounting programs for small businesses that
run under Linux?
I need Debtors & Creditors, GST (Grrrrr.) and Budgeting.

I'm fed up with MYOB and I'd prefer to switch to a Linux based program.
Then I'd be able to format my  Microsoft desktop..
