cant browse

howdy,
this may be simple. its so anoying though!
i have dome somthing to Konqueror (kde2) to cause this:

The following error occurred:

Invalid port. The administrator has blocked this port.
Please contact the administrator.

while trying to browse. i am not sure what i did to cause this but i am 
fairly sure i didnt alter any config files. it happened while i was playing 
with the settings of Konqueror.

evel local addresses like http://192.168.0.1 (whilch should work) dont work.
