I don't think so -- www.citrix.com

Citrix is like X for windows, but better in some ways, worse in others. The
original text was saying that with Citrix, you can get away with cheap
client hardware, but the licencing is expensive... We use it at work, and we
have fairly high-end PC hardware all over, and it's fast in some ways
(opening programs is usually almost instant, as the server has already got
the executable in memory) and slow in others (any screen updates are
slowish...)
