Hi Jason,

Do you understand what TOC means?  You have to include purchase price, 
software, components, repair time as well as a whole swag of other things.

On your other comments, I agree with you totally.  While schools insist on 
having teachers do IT support part-time, their IT program will be a crock 
(no offence to teachers).  How often do does the accounting teacher run the 
school books?
