you can't actually say that without having checked every ISP...

Also, I would be willing to bet serious money that it is possible to get
excellent support from an ISP... but you'd have to pay for it, either
directly or indirectly (TNSTAAFL).

That's not to say that there won't neccessarily be better support here, just
that good and excellent tech support exists out there somewhere...
