Have a look at http://www.everythinglinux.com.au/ They're in Sydney, but
the site should give you an idea of cards that have reasonable Linux
support.

RTFM, would be my advice. Nothing is too hard when clear documentation
exists.

I'd say it'd be a little more complex than setting up a dialup account,
if my experience with Cisco equipment is anything to go by. With
128Kbit, there's two channels, A & B at 64Kbit each. You need to get
Multilink PPP to work if you want the full 128Kbit out of it.

Take a look at Dan Kagel's ISDN page,
http://alumni.caltech.edu/~dank/isdn/ which has some information which
might be of use.

The SuSE ISDN Howto may also prove useful. Although it's been written
for SuSE, essentially, all Linuxes are the same, so you should be able 
to adapt it to RedHat.
