MX records point to Host (A) records, not IP addresses.

This, I thought, was quite clear.

I think you're confused by terminology - "cant add my DNS" and "the DNS
given to me" don't make a lot of sense to me, as DNS is a protocol (and
a system); you can't "give it to someone".
