Yes, that'd be the same account.

In case I wasn't clear, the account would allow unrestricted access 
to anything we can hit that is 'local' to us (including local 
mirrors, and including other local mirrors via SAIX, such as the 
ozbytes stuff at senet, etc etc).

It wasn't limited to access to games servers - anything 'local' would be 'in'

We're also working on having a redhat  linux distribution mirror in 
our network 'real soon now'.
