AARNet is hundreds of Gigabytes. The hardware required to host it
combined with the bandwidth required to keep it up to date would make it
financially unworthwhile.

TUCOWS is mirrored by a SAIX connected ISP, I believe.

We've discussed this at length before. Who pays for the initial download
of the ISO? It costs Internode money in the first place. I daresay the
only way that could be recovered would be to increase charges.
