Bind Error - Ex HTML :)

Hi All,

I have a proxy server which is also running dns. This box serves two class
C's, being 203.87.18  and also 203.38.167  . At random intervals, sometimes
hours and other times days or weeks later, I get the following messages in
/var/log/messages. As you would expect from reading the following messages,
bind stops responding but sits as a process, and other times kills itself
off. Other than the messages below I don't get anything else to indicate a
problem.

Apr 27 00:47:58 proxy named[71302]: bind(dfd=20, [203.87.18.5].53):
Permission denied
Apr 27 00:47:58 proxy named[71302]: deleting interface [203.87.18.5].53
Apr 27 00:47:58 proxy named[71302]: bind(dfd=20, [203.38.167.67].53):
Permission denied
Apr 27 00:47:58 proxy named[71302]: deleting interface [203.38.167.67].53
Apr 27 00:47:58 proxy named[71302]: bind(dfd=20, [127.0.0.1].53): Permission
denied
Apr 27 00:47:58 proxy named[71302]: deleting interface [127.0.0.1].53
Apr 27 00:47:58 proxy named[71302]: not listening on any interfaces


Could someone please shed some light on how to fix this problem, or what I
need to look into ?
