Another is a tool like Access that allows gui-style database applications
to be built with ease.
I saw something that is perhaps a start in that direction while I was in
Singapore. A guy from South Africa had an application for building
GUI-based database apps that was focussed solely on PostgressSQL ...
I can't remember the name, but if pressed, could drag it up.
