Yes, indeed. This is all part of an extremely complex 'marketing
strategy' that you have to develop to sell this sort of stuff to
schools.
There is a lot of resistance towards change. It's a normal human
psycological function. It's a matter of picking the right words to sell
the concept. Things like 'free', 'fast', 'reliable', 'secure', 'really,
really, really super terrific' are all good places to start :-)
