OT: Telstra IQ's

This is off topic but I just couldn't help it!!!!
It really makes you wonder about the kind of people telstra employ when you 
see something like this. Read the comments section...

The router cha5.Brisbane is have a piece of a faulty equipment
replaced to fixed a current problem. All customers connected to
this router will not be able to this router during this
period.

and then what do they do, two minutes later send the same message AGAIN
