No it made a backup copy but you see I overwrote the NEW ONE FROM THE RPM
with the OLD ONE FROM APACHE 1.3.12, so it grizzled about a few things when
I restarted it like mod fiels for php and perl so I just commented them out.
but now it refuses to read my configuration stuff, ie. virtual hosts, etc.
NOTE I OVERWROTE THE 1.3.14 CONF FILE WITH MY ORIGINAL 1.3.12 FILE.
