Let's just assume the talk will happen and that whoever presents it will
not present marleting dribble. If they happen to mention any particular
companies or service providers then we would assume that what they say
is technically correct.

I'm bored of this whole "advertising" thing now. Let's just make it so.

And yes it does matter. I don't particularly want to give up an evening
to listen to "marketing dribble" as drwho@firstlinux allegedly said (2)
when I could spend 5 hours at contract rates earning money. Any problems
with this point of view?

What one says on e-mail under Australian law is difficult to use as
evidence....although I think there was a case in Queensland where they
managed to use some guy's hotmail messages in a case of stalking a
particular individual
