Thanks for the reply.
But no, I checked the documentation.
The "rsync" is undirectional.
It makes the files on machine Y the same as the files
on machine X. It does this efficiently, but you have to
know in advance that the files have been changed on
X but not on Y.
It certainly won't cope if files have been changed on both.
I really need a two-way or 3-way sync such as is
provided by the Palm organizer software.
