That is not sufficent informtaion.... That machine should be plenty fast 
enough... What else are you running on that box eg mail services?? 
samba?? SQL databases??
Is it running an old hard drive?

I'm suspecting the hardrive... or perhaps the network card...

Our web server here is a Pentium 400 with 64Mb of ram and 64 odd virtual 
hosted domains...
