Free ODBMS's

Ive been searching the net now for a while for a good, large scale =
pesistent ODBMS but dont seem to be having much luck.  Dont get me =
wrong, I have found some interesting packages but are there any people =
on this list who can tell me 'off the top of their head' so to speak, of =
a good, free (or very cheap) ODBMS?
