*Might* have a new customer?

I would suggest that any telco that can do the above will have about 40,000
new customers .. but it's not going to happen without the local loop
becoming more accessable and more reasonably priced.

Tell you what, I can do a 2Mb/s synchronous service to Currie st right now
for as low as $99/month (data charges extra) .. but the setup costs are
going to make your ADSL look pretty reasonable..
