Samba/CUPS

I have just set up samba and would like to printer to a windows machine.

I can successfully mount any partition on the other PC and i can also
browse any share using the smb:/computer/share syntax in konqueror. I am
using Mandrake 7.2 by the way.

Only problem i have is i cant get CUPS to print to the printer, The
share name is "laser" i have tried smb:/computername/laser but doesnt
seem to work

i noticed a share that popped up named "printer$" i then tried
configuring CUPS to print to smb:/computername/printer$

what am i doing wrong here? can anyone be of any help?
