milliseconds

milliseconds
Tk_RestrictEvents (3) - filter and selectively delay X events
Tk_RestrictEvents [RestrictEv] (3) - filter and selectively delay X
events
after (n) - Execute a command after a time delay
delay_output [curs_util] (3x) - miscellaneous curses utility routines
halfdelay [curs_inopts] (3x) - curses input options
kbdrate (8) - reset the keyboard repeat rate and delay
time
nodelay [curs_inopts] (3x) - curses input options
sleep (1) - delay for a specified amount of time

(do a man man for a man page on man :-P)
