Since the Digital Agenda amendments come into effect on Sunday.

Informal legal opinion is that DeCSS is a circumvention device
under the amended Copyright Act.  Importing, marketing or sale
of a cirumvention device is a criminal offense (possession
is not).  Some legal commentators have suggested that
"marketing" will including linking to DeCSS.

As I said, I am happy to brief the next LinuxSA meeting on
the changes with, say, a 10 minute presentation.
