Whilst there are serious responsibilities associated with being an office
holder within an Incorporated body, one thing you definately don't do is put
you house on the line.
In fact one of the reasons for incoporating is to limit the liability of the
office holders. In an in-incorporated body, everything you have can be taken
to statisfy debts etc.
