Incorporation would mean LinuxSA would be viewed as a "person" by the law.
So, to answer your question, the incorporated body itself is the entity who
is liable.

Does the incorporated body own any assets?  If not, there's really not much
a litigant can do in the event of a lawsuit, other than have it wound-up
(i.e., the same as what would happen if you, personally, were sued, and 
didn't have any assets to settle the judgement).
