I'm no legal type, but who is liable if the incorporated body is liable?  It's
members?  It's elected leadership?  Tux the penguin?

Again I think insurance is practically manditory in our litigious society, just
in case someone slips over at one of our monthly meetings, hurts their back, and
decides to sue.
