Incorporate yes, I think the next two statements are misleading.

I believe people were looking into this, what is the status.

Rather than re-opening something we've had an extensive debate on in the
meeting, lets find the current status.

Yes we should incorporate before installfest for the reasons we relied on
AUUG last time.
