And the punchline to this is "What do you meant you won't serve
me a burger like this?  You did last week!".

But it's an accurate point, and I agree.  I would much rather
pay extra for a feed (either Internet or gastro :-) than
have to slug it out in a queue, fighting busy signals, or
having 250 customers multiplexed down a 64Kbps wide pipe.
