well, seeing as 1/4 of the ppl on this list are running isps themselves,
you can bet their answer will be "me!" :-)

i swear by bigpond, no hassel setup, 24/7 helpdesk + $25 per month
for unlimited usage has to be an attractive offer.

(max 4hr block, max 300 or 500 (can't remember) mega download per month, then 
15c per meg.)
