Find someone who's using dingo blue, get them to send you a "sign up" email
and you get $40 credit to BOTH accounts when you sign up (It's called the
Dingo Breeding programme).   btw: you can say "yes, I'll sign up for you're
long distance calls".  They send you a form.  I've been using dingo blue for
about 9 months and I still haven't filled it out yet.
