Andrew,

I personally use ozemail unlimited (ozeshout I think) it cost 25 a month 
buth 650 mb a month download limit. I was on the 150 hour a month for 35 
which I always had enough for doing stuff at nights but isnt enough for 
24/7 setup. But it didnt have download restrictions.

I am not sure pricing for others but whatever their plans I am sure it will 
make AOL pale purely from their ability for simple ppp connectivity.
