Guess What ?
With win4lin, if you su root then run winsetup it lets you edit the
availability of devices lpt1, com1,com2 & gameport for users.
This is what you find when you try to do things at a proper time of the day
(instead of 4AM)
Thanks for the sugestions guy's.
BTW I've got my parallel scanner & epson 440 working great in win4lin now. If
only I could figure out why I cant access the web. But that will probably be
another 4AM session.
