Something has requested some page that the kernel just doesn't know
about (probably the kernel requested it; hence the error message).

Are you running a development kernel??  That would more than likely
explain what the problem is.  This certainly looks like a kernel bug. 
Try upgrading to 2.2.18 (latest stable) and ensure that it is compiled
with the default compiler flags and no super optimisation flags set.

Failing that, I have no idea what is wrong, except that maybe some part
of your hardware is shot. (CPU or Memory)
