I've been trying to use this thing for years, it used to be limited to
between soemthing like 10am and 4pm for payments .. suspiciously like
they actually had a human teller on the other end of the web interface.

Custom numberplates seem to create all sorts of troubles in their
systems .. the worst part is that if *they* stuff up the mailout to
remind you that your custom plate is about to expire (since it's not
part of your normal registration) then the plate is up for grabs, and if
someone else registers it, you lose!
