I don't know of any off-hand, but I do know that development at my workplace
(a State Government Department) is targetted almost solely at MS Internet
Explorer 5 and above. I think there are some exceptions (MS IE 4, and some
(or all) of our public sites), but the problem is that putting so much
effort into developing non-portable HTML means that if ever the SA gov were
to attempt to move from an MS IE only internal platform, there would be so
much cost involved with the transition that it would not be viable... This
means that there is even more reason for the Gov to stick with MS
internally, even if it becomes substantially more expensive to do so... Very
short-sighted, and needlessly enforcing vendor lock-in...
