When you stop posing new questions, I'll stop feeling like I need to
answer them :)
My suggestion echoes that of another correspondent today - lets just
put this thread to bed at this point and agree that a variety of cost
models exist, and that some (difficult to predict) proportion of them
may not in fact be long-term sustainable (or maybe they are!)
So how about we both agree to stop the thread here, eh?
